Ugo Correani was one of the most interesting names in Italian fashion jewelry. He designed pieces for Chanel under Karl Lagerfeld, as well as for Valentino, Christian Lacroix and, most famously, Gianni Versace. His archive was never fully preserved, which makes signed Correani pieces increasingly rare and collectible today.
