Refund policy

We are very sorry if you are on this page because you are not satisfied with our product. We can guarantee the quality of the fabric and the production process. But sometimes, we need to say good buy to beautiful things just because they are not what we want.

So if you decide to return any of our items, you will have 14 days (after the delivery) to exchange or send them back for a refund. To initiate a return, please write to store@badloner.com. Unfortunately, delivery costs are not refundable.
