Lot 130: Vintage Majorica Necklace

Majorica pearls are high-quality imitation pearls made on the island of Mallorca. They have a glass core coated with layers of an organic, marine-based substance, giving them a natural pearl-like appearance. Afterward, they are polished, colored, and coated for durability.

The clasp and chain made from gold-plated silver. The length of the necklace is 49-51 cm. Good vintage condition, no signs of use.
