Vintage Gas Bijoux clip-on earrings with painted plastic inserts, navy enamel details, gold-tone rings, and small colorful beads. A very Mediterranean piece, like a souvenir from a journey along the French Riviera.
Each earring has a hoop where the dangling rings and charms are attached. They can be removed and put back on, so the earrings can be worn in different ways depending on the mood.
Gas Bijoux was founded by André Gas in 1969. He was inspired by hippie movement and handcrafted lucky charm jewelry that he was selling on the beaches of Saint-Tropez.
And in 1971 he opened his first boutique in Saint-Tropez.

In the 1980s, Princess Diana was seen wearing Gas Bijoux jewelry.
Condition: good vintage condition. Clip-on fastening. The painted plastic inserts show some paint loss, consistent with age.
